CaramoanIsland.com is introducing a new segment called World Traveler Series where other natural attractions and travel spots aside from the Caramoan Islands Paradise are also going to be featured. The world is full of beautiful places and along with the Caramoan Islands, these places are also worth visiting.

If someone mentions the word “New Zealand”, one would readily picture a field of cows and its beautiful lakes on their minds. New Zealand is such a big country and there is definitely more than just milk and its vast greens. Ever heard of Rotorua? Lake Taupo? And Queenstown? Well these are New Zealand’s best holiday destinations.

Taupo Hot Mud Pools

Rotorua is a well-known tourist hotspot famous for its geysers and hot mud pools. If there are places where one can truly experience the beauty of Mother Nature, the pools of Rotorua is surely one of them. It would not be hard to look for Rotorua accomodation since there are many hotels and inns in the area to cater to the tourist’s needs.

Taupo Lake

The Taupo Lake on the other hand is also popular for its geothermal activities. It is the largest fresh water lake in the southern hemisphere. Taupo accomodation will not be a problem since tourism is one of its major businesses in the area.

Queenstown Accomodations

Queenstown is an international resort town. Its streets are sprawling with commerce-oriented tourism, i.e. adventure and ski tourism. Many young tourists visit Queenstown every year. Queenstown accomodation are cheap and worth every cent. The town itself is shaped like a lightning bolt. Queenstown is one of the more interesting places in New Zealand.

A trip to the Caramoan Islands will get anyone as close to nature as possible with its pristine beaches, majestic caves and diverse marine wildlife. Hence, one must be fully prepared to experience an adventure of a lifetime.

If there’s a list of things that one shouldn’t be without when going to the Caramoan Islands, it has to be this list.

1) Camera. Visitors of the Caramoan Islands would spend almost half of their time taking photos of the magnificent place, trying to capture every space of Mother Nature’s beauty at its finest. Capture memories of your travel and share them to your family and friends. The Caramoan Islands is surely one of the best places on Earth.

2) Tents and camping gear. Resorts are far away from the beaches of Caramoan. Hence, to those planning to stay overnight in the beaches, one must have the appropriate and necessary camping gear to make your night’s rest as comfortable as possible. Many tourists consider this as one of the highlights of their trip to the Caramoan Islands.

3) First Aid Kit. Be sure to have one just in case you hurt yourself in your adventure. Hospitals and clinics are not easily accessible from the Islands.

4) Bottled water. There aren’t enough available in the Islands so you should bring enough for your trip.

5) Sunscreen. Of course.

Also, it is highly suggested that tourists introduce themselves first to the Baranggay Captain. This shows courtesy and an opportunity for the locals to welcome you. They may also give you valuable information for your stay on the islands. They are very hospitable and welcome tourists as if they were family.

More Caramoan Island travel tips ahead.
